Prices are based on two people sharing a room and are per room per night including breakfast . An extra single bed can be accommodated in either bedroom.

To confirm your booking a deposit of 30% of the total will be required.

Arrival and Departure Times

Our standard time for arrival is after 4.00 p.m. and departure on your final day is 10.00 a.m., this is to ensure we have enough time to clean rooms thoroughly. If this is a problem for you please let us know, we try to be flexible were possible but it does depend on the number of guests we have booked in.
